When selecting a delivery and shipping option, please remember that it takes approx. 5 days, once the photo(s) is received, for a charm to be created and finished. If you require a charm sooner than the regular delivery time, DesignACharm offers a front-of-the-line service for an additional fee ($75) and can create a charm within 3 business days.
Gift cards do not require photos to be submitted at time of ordering.
We are pleased to offer - Electronic Gift Certificate Delivery - sent via email or physical delivery! And photos are not required until the Gift Certificate is used in an order.

DesignACharm is pleased to provide gift cards for all occasions. Gift cards can be delivered by regular mail, (regular delivery) or sent immediately to an email recipient. Photo submission is not required when purchasing gift cards.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: Please call 1.604.731.1234 to place your order. Our Customer Service staff is here to assist you 10am-6pm Mon-Fri and 10am-4pm Sat CST.
Q: How long does it take to make a charm?
A: It can typically take 7 business days from the time we receive your order and image(s) until the charm is ready for shipping or pick-up. You should plan an extra 2-5 days for your charm to arrive from the day it was shipped, depending upon the order.
Special Orders and Handling Requests
If you have any questions or would like to request a special order for
creating a charm, please let us know. For RUSH orders or special requests, a charm can be made within 5 after receiving the image(s), however there is a surcharge for this service. We are a company who continues to place
customer service and satisfaction as our priorities. And we will do our best to accommodate special requests and volume orders.
