IMAGES
The images provided to us to create your charms remain the property of the
original owner. We will only use your image to create your charm. Original
images sent to us via standard postal mail will be returned with the order.
We will keep a digital version of all orders on file to expedite reorders.
BabyFaces.com offers an
online gallery
to show off little ones. Inclusion in this gallery is purely optional and
shows a sampling of charms we have created in the past. If
you would like to participate in our online gallery, please 'opt in' by
following the instructions found in your order confirmation email. You
will be prompted for optional information that will be displayed on your child's image.

It is the goal of BabyFaces to create personalized keepsakes of little
ones. You may receive a request to use your child's image in Baby
Faces advertisements (web banners, magazine ads, etc.). Any such inclusion
would not offer monetary compensation and would be purely optional. If you

MAILING LIST
When you purchase items from our
online store, you will be added to our Customer Database. We will never
share your email address with any third parties. If you prefer not to
receive mailings from us, please advise us by using the mail, phone or
e-mail address provided above. All of our email newsletters contain an 'opt
out' link that will remove you from our mailing list, should you choose not
to receive promotional announcements and new product updates. Please include
your name and address if you are contacting us by mail or e-mail and we will
promptly address your request for exclusion. If you have multiple
